Type of Site Leanto Site
Easy to find? No, no, a thousand times, NO The road to the site has been washed out for the last couple of years.  Even if you do get there with your car, you have to park along side of a dirt road near a blind curve.  If you do all of this, you have to ford a rapidly running mountain stream near a waterfall to get to the leantos.  This is a cinch, hop into a phone booth, change into your cape, break a date with Lois Lane and get right at it.
Capacity A few Leantos, I don't remember I haven't been there in years, it is not worth the trip.
Can you drive to it? Only with a Huey helicopter Watch out for breaking the rotors on the trees.
Water Get it out of the rapidly flowing mountain stream you just crossed Boil water for drinking.
Latrine One seater in the site I don't think a ranger has been up there since Kennedy was President.  Bring a trowel just in case.
Biggest Advantage If you are hiking the Red Dot Trail, it is a nice quiet place to stop, camp and rest It is right along the Red Dot Trail, and hiking 50 miles is sometimes the easiest way to get to this site, especially when the river freezes.
Secondary Advantage It really is a pretty site There is nothing around for miles and miles.
Primary Disadvantage Difficult to get to Unless your Carl Wallenda or The Green Lantern, go somewhere else.
Secondary disadvantage When the River freezes, it is even harder to get to It will be safer to juggle fire with one hand.
