Kernochan is a unique facility for "non-traditional" scouts and scout programs. Kernochan is a beautiful camp. The stain-glass window in the Catholic Chapel is a work of art. The Tower of Friendship which was assembled from stones from all over the world to commemorate FDR's ordeal, can also be found in Kernochan. Like Indian Cliffs, it is a site not to be missed on your trip to TMR. Call the council office Camping Services for further details. |
