Eagle Scout Ceremony and Court of Honor, January 2007

It is always a special day when one of our own attains the rank of Eagle Scout.  This day happened and was celebrated at our Eagle Scout Ceremony held on January 19th.  Martin LaRocca celebrated together with family and friends him attaining the pinnacle of Scouting Ranks, which statistically fewer people attain than those that get into Harvard undergraduate or even the Green Berets.  We had some very special guests on hand including State Senator Jeff Klein and City Councilman James Vacca, who each made a great speech and nice presentation.  It was a great night for Martin and his family, a proud moment for the older Scouts present who saw Martin come up through the ranks, and a promising one for many of the newer Scouts present who earned the Second Class rank and have started their journey.
